Our Practice Ronee has been a solo practitioner since 1999. Her potential clients are often surprised to learn that Ronee almost always answers her own phone, even at night or on weekends. However, once you get to know her, you will understand that this level of client communication is the hallmark of Ronee's practice. Legal issues regarding family law matters are the most important and difficult issues a person is likely to experience in his or her lifetime. Uncertainty regarding how those matters are being handled by your attorney will compound the fear and emotions experienced during a family law matter. Those emotions, however, may be significantly mitigated with the confidence of knowing that your interests are being protected by a knowledgeable professional committed to providing the best representation available. Ronee uses an interactive case approach so rarely used by lawyers any more. She will ensure you understand the entire court process from beginning to end, as well as all options that are available to you during that process. With the information she provides, you will be closer to understanding every stage of the process. This empowers you to make educated and well informed decisions regarding the manner in which your case is handled. Ronee works closely with many qualified experts and professionals available in the community to assist in your family law matter including counselors, child custody evaluators, forensic psychological and psychiatric evaluators, forensic accountants, business appraisers, and investigators. Over the past years with her own business, Ronee's family law cases have grown to be the major part of her practice. In an area as intricate as family law, experience counts. Ronee keeps abreast of the changes in procedure and law, and always seeks to minimize the trauma of going through family law matters. In this emotionally charged time, Ronee is compassionate, but also the voice of reason. Her in-depth knowledge of family law, and the system, is another benefit to her clients. In 2008, we were fortunate enough to have Rebecca Marquis join our practice. Rebecca spent a number of years with the Attorney General’s office, primarily handling child support matters for the State. She spent hundreds of hours in the courtroom, and has since widened her knowledge of Family Law through her time here with Ronee. Our policy is to have weekly case review, so that everyone is familiar with your matter, and is ready to assist if needed. We put a priority on meeting deadlines and not allowing paperwork to "fall through the cracks". |
